I’ve got another new series for you this year and I’m really excited about it. Over the past year, this little blog has grown and grown. It’s still itty bitty, but a bigger kind of itty bitty  and that means some exciting changes have taken place. In 2014 I hope to be able to share more of my favorite brands with you. There are so many amazing makers, craftsman, designers, and ground shakers out there and I’m just dying to share my favorites with you.

I’m calling this new post series “In Collaboration w/” because I’ll be collaborating with my favorite brands to share their story and my love for what they are doing. First up is the lovely Textile company, Caitlin Wilson Textiles!

Caitlin of Caitlin Wilson Textiles is a passionate interior designer (momma, and blogger). The company launched back in 2007 and has grown exponentially ever since. You’ll see her work and products all over social media and the blog sphere. I LOVE how her pieces are made for everyone’s home and it’s super simple to mix and match the patterns. Everything kind of fits together, but each piece has a distinct personality.

In my home, I chose to incorporate the Gold Hong Kong Pillow (this pattern was designed during a stay in Hong Kong!) I love the bold geometric pattern, but most of all…the metallic shimmer is what sold me. Such a bold statement for any room. My only complaint was that the pillow came only as a pillow cover and I had to buy an additional pillow insert (boo).

Caitlin is doing an amazing job at marketing her collection via social media. You can browse how others are styling the pillow in their homes. Also, if pillows aren’t your thing, she also sells just the fabric as well as some amazing rugs!
