Inspired by: Bedow's Book for Julia Hetta

Julia Hetta (photographer) worked with Bedow (graphic design studio run by Perniclas Bedow)Β to create a really stunning booklet of her photography work. I’ve always loved the photos by Julia because they have a very mysterious fine art quality to them. I think Bedow did a really good job at showcasing her photos in unique way and I’ve been drawing a lot of inspiration from her with one of my current freelance projects. I just love working with other artists, especially when it involves designing their portfolio or lookbooks!

If you need help designing your artist portfolio (print or digitally) or a lookbook for for next season’s launch, shoot me an email. I’d LOVE to work with you πŸ™‚

  1. That’s too funny, I loooove designing portfolios and lookbooks myself!! May have a lookbook project coming up later in the year but I’m dying to do something now πŸ™‚

    1. Aren’t they fun. I feel lookbooks and portfolios are a perfect way to explore an artists style and bring it to life in a really engaging way!

  2. This is lovely; the photography is lush, and I love the layout. I did a rush update of my general portfolio the other day…it still needs a good bit of attention though πŸ˜‰ And after that, hopefully my online portfolio/website can finally get underway!

    1. Book design is a bit tricky because you have to take a large quantity of information and imagery and make everything work together. I guess that’s why I’m always inspired by designers/artists who make it look so seamless πŸ™‚
